Business Development Manager

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for professionals with Business Development Experience to be our Business Development Manager, in Kuala Lumpur. You will play a vital role in being the first point of contact in providing healthcare solutions for our patients/customers from both Singapore and Malaysia.

The roles:

• Focus on revenue generation, profitability, and exceeding targets.
• Expand clinic client base in Malaysia by leveraging our very successful business and operating model through strong networking and marketing activities.
• Develop and execute clear go-to-market sales strategy and tactics with the team.
• Develop and nurture KOLs, build and maintain strong customer relationships and deliver a high level of customer service.
• Track and participate in government and private sector tenders.
• Monitor market trends and sales performance, and develop timely and appropriate actions.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to develop effective business strategies, solutions and to resolve any issues.
• Identify and drive strategic partnerships with relevant industries to develop new solutions, services, and markets and establish win-win commercial partnerships
• Lead and provide guidance to the sales team to achieve their targets

• Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in IT/software systems preferably in the Healthcare sector in Malaysia.
• Experience in new business acquisition, from cold calling to solution design and negotiation.
• Experience in using lead generation tools and sales tools (HubSpot).
• Team player who is willing to take on additional tasks and new roles.
• Strong planning and organising capabilities and ability to work independently.
• Hands-on approach with a strong desire to share knowledge and lead by example.
• Creative thinking and good problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment
